                                    TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND CHARGES

                                                 FOR HIRE OF CLUBHOUSE

CONDITIONS

 

PLEASE NOTE THE ENTIRE CLUBHOUSE IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING AREA

 

General:

 

Hire of Clubhouse includes main function room & conservatory.

 

For evening bookings the Clubhouse will be available from 7.30pm. 

Opening hours for the Bar are 7.30pm – 12.30am.

All guests should vacate the premises by no later than 1.00am.

 

Catering is available through our in-house catering service only (see Club Manager for details). 

No external catering is allowed.

 

Decorations may be used but are restricted to glass surfaces only (interior doors. /windows). 

Under no circumstances should decorations be affixed to interior walls or ceilings. 

The use of party poppers and confetti or naked flames of any description is prohibited.

 

The minimum age for the purchase and consumption of alcohol will be strictly applied.

 

Persons who are considered to be intoxicated or are behaving in a drunken or disorderly manner

will not be served, or allowed to consume any further alcohol.

 

The consumption of alcohol not purchased on the premise will not be permitted in the club house

 or the club grounds.

 

Both Members and Non Club Members wishing to hire the clubhouse will be required to

complete and sign a booking confirmation form and return to the Club along with the required

deposit (see charges below).  No bookings will be confirmed until the completed, signed form and

 deposit are received.

 

Payment of the balance of the charges (see below) will be due in full 8 weeks before date of function.

 

Damage Liability – All costs incurred with regards to repairs/replacements required as a result of damage

due to actions by any person within the party of the hirer, will be met by the hirer.

 

18Th Birthday parties:

 

In addition to the above terms and conditions, the party booking the function will be required to

ensure that there are at least 10 responsible adults in attendance at all times during the function.

 

Note: if the above conditions are not adhered to then the Club/Bar Manager will exercise their right

to close the bar and request that the premises be vacated.

CHARGES FOR HIRE OF CLUBHOUSE

 

Clubhouse general hire - £150.00 (includes £25 non-refundable deposit to be enclosed with

completed, signed booking form).

 

Clubhouse hire for 18th Birthday parties - £200.00 (includes £25 non-refundable deposit to be

enclosed with completed, signed booking form).

 

In addition a further fee of £100.00 will be levied for all types of function as security against possible

loss or damage occurring.   This amount will be returned in full within 7 days if no loss or damage occurs

during the function.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Full refund of monies paid (except £25 non-refundable deposit) for cancellations received 6 weeks prior

to date of booked function.

 

If a function is cancelled 6 weeks or less before the date of booked function then all of the charge for the

 hire of the Clubhouse will be forfeited.  The security fee if already paid will be refunded in full.

 

 

The Clubhouse is also available for hire during the week.  For details please contact the Club Manager.
