Mini & Midi rugby: Under 7's to Under 12's

Under 7's to Under 12's Glossop RUFC plays Mini and Midi Rugby in accordance with the Rugby Football Union's Continuum.

For the season 2004-2005 the following rule applies in respect to playing children of different age groups together, and the Coaches at this Club will endeavour to make sure this rule is not broken. In the event of there being insufficient numbers of children available within one age group, the following age groups may play together:

Under 7's may play with Under 8's Play Under 7's Laws

Under 9's may play with Under 10's Play Under 9's Laws

Under 10's may play with Under 11's Play Under 10's Laws

Under 11's may play with Under 12's Play Under 11's Laws

ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES Under 12's may play with Under 13's Play Under 12's Law

HOWEVER, PARENTAL CONSENT MUST BE OBTAINED When mixed age groups are played the game must be played to the laws of the youngest age group. Please respect our Club, our Coaches and our Children by being honest about the ages of the children in your age groups. Playing outside of this Rule is Dangerous for all the Children involved.
