Welcome to the Women's Section of Glossop Rugby Club

The team is for women of all abilities as well as newcomers playing for enjoyment, we have produced players that have won international honours at various levels for Scotland and Wales although our biggest boast is that a Glossop lass played for England in the 2007 World Cup final.

These days things are slightly less heady as we seek to put together a new team based on last year's highly successful Under 18 squad bolstered by older players, some with experience, some without.

We do fitness on Tuesdays and skills on Thursdays (both 7pm to 8.30pm) and have a full fixture list of friendly fixtures under the tutelage of the esteemed Coach Swinny. Ring the club for details of just pop down, you'll be very welcome.
